I am a homeowner, can I purchase from WholesaleHardscapes.com?

Yes.  WholesaleHardscapes.com is the pioneer in the hardscape industry of selling direct. We believe that homeowners as well as contractors deserve the opportunity to purchase hardscapes direct, regardless of volume.  

I am a contractor, can hardscape materials purchased from WholesaleHardscapes.com be delivered to my jobsite?

All materials purchased from us are directly shipped to the address provided. Unloading methods include fork-lift, lift gate, and self off-loading.  Please note that outside of Florida the only methods of offloading are LTL liftgate or self off-loading

What states do you deliver to?

Our materials can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping rates very based on distance to your location and the location of the closest plant.  Florida is the only state that we can ship a full truck of material for the standard 350.00 Flat Rate Shipping.  Please contact us if you are out of the state of Florida to provide the best rate shipping method.

How long will it take to receive my hardscape materials?

The order processing time for each manufacturing facility is usually 10-14 days after purchase.  Depending on product availability, seasonality, and product selection, shipping time usually is 4-6 weeks from the time the order is placed.  After the processing time period we will inform you of when the manufacturing plant has scheduled your delivery.  Each plant provides a "week of"  of time frame for delivery.  We will pass along the time frrame for delivery once received.  Time frames are not guaranteed.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Being at home is not necessary; however we do request specific drop information that will ensure that your material is delivered to your desired location.  Please note that the standard unloading process is done with a fork lift. (Specific drop locations are not guaranteed.)
